Every year GNDR conducts a membership survey to assess members’ satisfaction with the network.
This report summarises the results of the 2020 survey. It looks at whether communication is happening effectively and whether members feel included. It discusses our relevance to CSOs, along with whether members’ expectations are being met. The summary also looks at whether the principles set out in our 2020-2025 strategy are being lived out. In each of these sections, the results of the survey were summarised and actions in response to members’ comments are highlighted.
