Séverin Koffi APEDJAGBO is GNDR’s Project Officer for Africa and West Asia. With 15+ years of experience, he’s passionate about climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and community resilience. Koffi holds two Master’s degrees and previously worked with GIZ in Togo overseeing projects for sustainable resource management and energy use.
