Valeria Polazzi
Valeria has worked in Human Resources for the last 3+ years. She is CIPD qualified in People Management and has extensive HR generalist experience. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in political sciences with a focus on international development issues.
She believes in a less traditional approach to the People profession where diversity, equity, inclusion & people’s well-being are priorities. She has worked in a variety of roles and organisations predominately in the charity sector in London but also in Italy, Spain and Turkey.
After having worked at Greenpeace UK as their HR Officer for a couple of years, she recently joined GNDR as HR Adviser and really enjoys working here.
