This policy explains the way that Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR) ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.gndr.org/ (the "Site") and other physical or digital means to collect, use and share personal and organisational data.
The purpose of this notice is informs GNDR member organisations and individuals registered as GNDR members ("you", "your" or "user") of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information for adding you to our membership database, so that communications in relation to our activities can be sent out through listservs and email and/or other means. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

GNDR will use this information in order to communicate with you and other GNDR members. GNDR may also publish lists of its member organisations including their contact details.
Your information may be shared without your explicit consent with third parties for, and not limited to, advocacy, networking, research or learning purposes related to disaster risk reduction activities such as governance, policy making, campaigning, preparedness, recovery, risk identification, emergency response and any other disaster risk reduction or sustainable development activities or goals in accordance with the current GNDR strategy and/or working plans agreed by the network.
