How to enter your data

Participating organisations and national coordinating organisations for Views from the Frontline 2019 can access our survey tools on this page and enter their survey data.

There are four separate survey forms for each type of local survey:

  • Civil society surveys
  • Local government surveys
  • Random household surveys
  • Community consultation surveys

Surveys are available in both online and offline formats below. If you have a stable internet connection use the online version to enter your responses. If you do not have a stable internet connection you should use the offline survey tool.

How to use the offline survey tool

  1. Select the relevant offline link which will download a copy of the survey to your browser
  2. Bookmark the page, so you can access it when you are offline
  3. As you enter information the survey data will also be stored in your browser
  4. When you are back online again, upload all the surveys using the upload button; this will then remove them from your browser memory

Each time you use an offline survey you should clear your browser history and use the links below to download the latest version of the survey. Do not download a new version until you have uploaded previously entered responses.

Below is a short video that guides you through how to enter your survey data. Please note that the video initially shows our old website page, and not this one. However, the links and the surveys are identical.
