This sample template can be used to guide your DRR data collection or data-gathering in stage two of the risk-informed development planning process.

Capture all of the data checklist information in the downloadable template in maps, apart from textual information.

The template shows a range of potential DRR data collection sources:

• SS: Secondary open source
• PS: Primary source (comprising of community observations/mapping and photo documentation)
• HI: Household interviews
• FGI: Focus group interviews
